As far as I can tell, she knows these people personally, irl. She's in the know.
You can't do this stuff without people knowing. The problem is this, there's a huge step between people knowing, and public knowledge accepted by everyone.
Joan Rivers knew YEARS AGO, as do many others, but too many won't know.
People really do chose what to know, and it has little to do with evidence or proof.
