Simple test when you enter a court room: check any court room video:

What FLAG? check the size and symbols
Does it have a yellow fringe?
What is on top of the Flag pole? Speer, eagle, phoenix? eagle: presidential, banking or postal depending on the posture of the bird.
Check Title 4 USC 1,2,3. Should anything go above the flag?

Question: Who is that judge representing? Where are you with your claim? What jurisdiction? Did your rights turn into privileges?

Rights = win. Privileges = Loose.
