Dump it at the local FEMA office... it'll get taken care of...

...For legal reasons, I need to point out that this is hyperbole, and you should not dump Disaster debris at the FEMA Mobile Disaster Recovery Center (MDRC), located at 120 Central Park Dr, LARGO, FL in PINELLAS County, nor should you use the directions included on their website to find out how to get there, prior to dumping your load...
