it's not just the $$, they are refusing to allow every day citizens who have the means to go in and help and save people, they are being turned away. this is more than just $$. it's completely evil. what possible reason could there be, when an every day USA citizens are standing there with boats, helicopters, four wheelers, etc., and they are told to leave or they will be arrested?
