Trump doesn't know the Constitution?? GTFO, you treasonous freak!
Whenever I hear liberal idiots try and talk like they know the Constitution, I always ask them, "What is the Third Amendment of the Constitution". It's a 'deer in the headlights' stare every single time.
The Third Amendment to the United States Constitution is a part of the Bill of Rights and addresses the quartering of soldiers in private homes. Here is the text of the Third Amendment:
"No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law."
This amendment was included in response to the grievances colonists had with the British government, particularly with the Quartering Acts passed by the British Parliament in the 1760s and 1770s. These acts allowed British soldiers to lodge in private homes, which many colonists found to be an intrusion on their privacy and rights.
The Third Amendment, while one of the least litigated parts of the Constitution, is significant because it reflects the Founders' commitment to protecting individual rights and liberties against government overreach, even in scenarios involving national defense and military necessity.
I wonder if the government spying on us in our homes through our electronics would be a violation of the 4th amendment. It is, essentially, stationing their agent in our home.
