The lefties in Asheville would be up in arms if there was a rumour of a turd mine near town, much less a lithium mine. It really is about 1.5 hrs away, 45 minutes away from Chimney Rock, 30 minutes from my house.

The hurricane scam is CRITICAL to buy land and make quartz mine 3 times larger. Its NOT a disruption. In 6 months its a windfall.
