Yes that is how things work now. Insurance is mandatory if one gets a mortgage, but they don't pay out when there is a calamity and there are thousands of claims.
Doesn't cover "acts of God" and doesn't cover "floods" - You need separate "flood insurance"....
The Cabal owns all the insurance companies... AND "people" like Merrell Lynch own a big piece of Blackrock... AND they want that land for the minerals...
What happened in Mississippi after Katrina was the insurance companies claimed the people on the coast in Waveland---which was obliterated---their homes were destroyed by a flood and they didn't have flood insurance which is separate from a regular policy. New Orleans got flooded but the Gulf Coast of Mississippi was completely destroyed by wind, rain and the tidal surge. All the news media covered were the poor blacks in New Orleans whose homes were flooded----Democratic votes---and therefore the majority of FEMA money went there. For a natural disaster, you don't need FEMA!!! Three days to get water to the Super Dome where thousands took refuge and I am not sure if the Gulf Coast got any help for weeks other than the people of the states that volunteered with food and water.

Who's "THEY"??? Listen closely...
Most policies in FL have a 2% hurricane deductible, not complete exclusion
Why not in NC
I bet Floridians fought REALLY hard to get that

Of course not covered.
Are banks insured when people can't pay the mortgage on a home that has been totally destroyed?
