Maybe Marla is a private investigator who was hired by then private citizen Donald Trump to investigate Ivana and other shady figures like Jeffery Epstein. That would help explain their relationship.

Yes I am throwing this wild conspiracy theory out there, but there was also a post on this site yesterday that claimed that Mother Teresa was actually a man that fathered Anthony Fauci.
