This same plane flies all over the US for tornado season too. It’s got advanced detection systems in it. If they are making it stronger they aren’t going to broadcast on adsb unless it’s Kamala the retard up there doing it herself. There are far better ways to manipulate weather than a single aircraft dropping aluminum powder.
