Fluoride free toothpaste is now stocked by many retailers when in the paste it had to be ordered online. Walmart stocks several brands and I've been using the Hello whitening toothpaste which whitens much better than the most expensive fluoride brand.
Opt for no flouride at the dentist too. Pediatric dentist requires us to submit paperwork before our visit on what we want. Flouride, xrays, etc. At least it's not awkward anymore to say no to their face.
Yep. Sadly I had a pediatric dentist do fluoride on my child without consent. I will never go back to that woman. Parental consent required for all procedures. I'm still livid a year+ later.
In comments there are those recommending Tom's of Maine. Though that may be a good or bad suggestion be aware they were purchased by Colgate many years ago. The same holds true for many "small" companies. So just be careful with your selection of any product; ingredients change often.
This liberal educator blogger provides some good information. Even though in the article she lets it shine through she hates "cis migygonists" or whatever crazy cat ladies call men these days-
I saw something from the big fluoride ruling where the fda's rule is the substance must be 10x lower than the known harmful effects. Whats 1.5 to .7? Thats not 10x.

I use that also.
This is a big win!

Tom’s is my go-to now.
Toothpaste is a scam. Learn to make your own tooth powder. One use and your teeth will feel cleaner than they ever have before.
Got a link?
I was wondering too.
Oils as well. HealthyMouth is one. I remember them this way -HealThyMouth
Tom's of Maine makes flouride-free and is usually in supermarkets. they also make flouride toothpaste so inspect your box carefully !

I remember in the 80’s they used to give us little wax cups of pink liquid to swish in our mouth at school. Probably lowered our IQ considerably.
