Back in the 90s, Bubba Smith stated that Super Bowl III was fixed to help make the NFL-AFL merger happen, on a show called, The Best Damn Sports Show Ever, hosted by Tom Arnold. The show cut his segment quickly. I think it was live then. Six months later, he was dead.
