Grabbing servers in Germany was done by more than 10. Raid on the US data centres also multiple fire teams.
800 compartmentalised staff would make sense. Most probably don’t even know they are working for Q / Q++
I think the 800 were the members of that Military Intelligence group. Which does not mean they were or knew about Q.
Q comes out of a specific group called the Army of Northern Virginia, which comprises 800 military intelligence specialists who advise the president is what he said.
could be any number between 10 and 800, but 10 of which know the full scope.
