Ummmm.....I'm thinking this ruling might not be a great move. If the USPS cannot move the ballots, then it will rest upon FedEx and UPS. Do you guys feel comfortable with private shippers moving these ballots in and out of their warehouses without any oversight from federal officials? Yea, I'll agree the Postal Service has some bad apples, every company has their fair share, yet I think there is more security that can be brought to bear in any postal facility via the Inspection Service. What kind of protection does FedEx and UPS offer?
The military could do it pretty effectively.
Now that is an interesting idea. But, I wonder about transportation issues. Seeing convoys of military trucks with police escorts intermixed with them could raise eyebrows on some roads. Yet if it is to secure the election I'm all for it.
SCRUTINIATION IS EXTREMELY HIGH IN BOTH UPS AND FEDEX SO I ABSOLUTELY TRUST BOTH OPS. THEY ONLY MAKE MONEY WHEN THEY PERFORM JUST LIKE ANY CAPITALIST BUSINESS.
