they can't freeze it.. China, Japan, UAE, Indonesia, among other nations also signed with Ripple. Everybody will be using it.

JP-Morgan went for Ripple a few weeks ago .... So, it may be. Or not.

I guess,everybody has a running horse to bet on.

Fact is: Ripple is a private centralized system with a blockchain.
