BC is one of the wokest provinces of Canada. It's the home of Vancouver, which is a combination of San Fran, Portland, and Seattle. It's where the craziest of the craziest Canadian commies live.
Interestingly it's also a common vacation or Nth-home destination many of the PNW Zio Christian Boomers and Silents I know. "Muh beautiful God's Creation" is their purported rationale. But they pour money into the place while heaving their bodices about the terrible Wokeness, and how bad all those beliefs are, etc.
Somehow they never choose to go to, say, rural communities in Idaho, or Wyoming, or the Appalachians for their vacations/jaunts.
I think a lot of the support for these Woke cities is coming from people who should know better, and think they do, but spend their money into Woke. I think that support comes from people who think they're not Woke, but really admire and want to be part of the materialist lifestyle that undergirds Wokeness. They sit in the jacuzzi sipping wine, looking out the condo window at the mountains, supporting the global order that produces Vancouver...and claim they're there for higher spiritual reasons.

man i have never voted conservative, only PPC. but this is BC we're talking about. all the communities are blue, turbans included. i go to an extremely conservative, mostly black church, mostly Trump supporters. and I saw a guy with a "white rights" stand set up the other day 😂 smack dab in the middle of turban town.
