This sounds dumb. Not only would it help a Democrat win, but go look at her voting record in the House of Reps. Go look at her 2018 Congressional candidate platform and 2020 presidential candidate platform. I'm not saying people can't change their minds, but considering what was on her 2020 platform, she has a hell of a lot to prove before I'd trust her with any power. She's saying all the right things now but her voting record and campaign platforms say otherwise.
Here are some of the things from her 2020 platform:
Abolish the death penalty
End cash bail
"the fight for $15" minimum wage
Study reparations
Expand student debt relief
Close down nuclear power plants
Ban "assault weapons"
Universal background checks
Few limits, if any, on abortion
Medicare for All
Citizenship for Dreamers\DACA

Absolutely. I even called his volunteer advisor and told her that there's MORE MAGA in Maryland than you THINK; specifically, especially in a blue area such as Baltimore City. I challenged the notion of even voting for the egotistic RINO who thinks his policies were a Godsend.
I'll be writing in Tulsi Gabbard myself to give me peace of mind from having to vote in those snakes.
My area is very red, but I've seen even more Trump signs than in 2020. I've also seen an Alsobrooks sign graffiti'd with the words "liar" and "traitor" in Baltimore City. I think enough city people are fed up with how the city is running. I'm glad to hear it's not just me seeing the people wake up.
Hogan won the primary because (a), there are still Republican Marylanders who think he did a swell job during the pandemic (uh, no), and (b), because there were 7 other people running, and he had name recognition. Had MD conservatives organized and rallied around a single candidate, we might have had a Dan Cox-type upset in the primaries.
Certainly better than any of the choices I have 😆. Even the Libertarian on the ballot leans too far to the left. The more I think about it, the more I'm inclined to write in Dan Cox, if for no other reason because Hogan called him a "Q-Anon whack job." If Hogan can write in a candidate for President, then I'm sure he won't mind me writing in the guy who upended his chosen successor for governor instead of him for Senate.
She'll be a better Republican than most current Republican politicians.
I'm now considering writing her in when I vote for Senate (MD). She's miles ahead of Lockdown Larry.

I also have my reservations about RFK Jr because he has a lot of leftist views but will give them both a chance.
I agree, we can give her a chance... But writing in a candidate is invariably a waste.
I get voting third party, because I wish that were a viable thing and that will never happen if people are tied to the two party system -- whatever.
But writing in a name means that you actually are throwing a vote away, since there isn't even .0001% chance of that person winning.
She's doing good right now, but in order to be given a chance she needs to be politically relevant and active.
Her plan .. She wants to run in 2028 as first female President , she will get republicans and Dems is her plan !
I agree. I'm not cheerleading her just based on this. We've seen this before. She has a lot prove.
Reparation$ would cause another civil war.
Yep. We have enough RINO’s. She’ll be a fucking Jeff Flake or Mittens for years to come.

Good idea
