I started having experiences - not as intense, but definitely I was connected to some beings like this - when I was doing intense meditation.
I was pretty scared as I was not sure if they were benign or not and I stopped meditation completely.
Did you have a feeling if these beings were benign or not? Did you have a way to determine if they were benign or malign?
Testing the spirits is biblical. Make that entity declare Jesus is Lord it will flee from you. Evil spirits don't want to FAFO with Jesus the Lord of Hosts. Brother read the Gospel and Acts like textbooks. Red letter KJV.
