Oh, thanks for the update! I hadn't paid attention to the inner-mechanics of Boeing's board room in a little while because I figured that he would do anything to stay in power and somehow avoid getting the boot.
This makes my original criticism inaccurate, as the target of my ire was the outgoing asshole who contributed to the downfall of a once great aerospace company. My grandpa was a highly-skilled Boeing mechanic through his career until he retired at the start of the 90's. When he worked there, the company valued production quality. It just boils my blood to see them piss it all away. It also makes our country look bad because an American aerospace company is producing shoddy and dangerous products.
They're have been plenty of normie tier documentaries about Boeing's downfall. The main culprit is the McDonnell Douglass board that basically took over Boeing and turned it into a profit first, engineering second corporation.
However my conspiracy senses are telling me that this was done on purpose to further undermine the trust in a once great American company. We have to remember, the DS hates everything that shines a positive light on America.
Wars: causing people to be more cautious about overseas travel and rather thinking about stocking their pantry.
American MIC failure: (Boeing dabbled in specialist supplies) is suffering a blow to its image because losing, which affects stock prices.
Inflation bucks biting into travel budgets.
I would advise Boeing to hang in there, to come up with some sensible, cheap (ish) changes in quality management and preserving human resources, and to expect some readies soon, when Trump gets in and "turns the gas on". I expect one then needs to focus on domestic consumption of goods just to MAGA. And that means promoting air-travel and its versatility and safety etc., encouraging jobs, economy, just like America did in happier times. It's a win-win.
They damn well sold their drone research - which could have been alright for meals-on-wheels deliveries for folks that cannot walk. But you know, I have seen footage of bozos attacking drone deliveries, and armed guards need subsequent employment to keep an eye on the robot. So I think students running a delivery job are safe to keep going.
How about stepping down, you corrupt clown? That would be a good start.
edit: I did not realize Dave Calhoun had stepped down. So, that addresses the first issue! Many more to go!
The original CEO who oversaw all this bullshit, stepped down with a couple of million in pay of course.
This guy has been in the seat for a couple of months. Poor guy inherited a Titanic situation.

Started when Boeing supposedly bought mcdonald douglass and the "bought" company moved their people into the top spots.
Hire qualified people and doors don't fall off, satalites don't blow up, and astronauts don't need to be rescued by Elon Musk. It's that simple.
DEI doesnt work
This was a photo from Boeing's last company picnic:

Elon will buy it and fix it, frens
I seriously wonder this.
That's right! Engineering problems have CULTURAL solutions!
Now kneel for BLM and twerk for Pride!
being something like:
Unreasonable searches of Americans: makes people wanna drive instead. Something something 4th
Mask mandates: makes people say fugg youuu, also medical treatments, with a checkered history of use.
