Unfortunately, DOT and EPA and other gov regulatory agencies are going to pitch a fit, and they're going to dismantle it and rebuilt it themselves, because it's not "up to code". It could even be better than code, but they're going to be butthurt.

I mean, it's just a passable dirt path right now. One rain and it may get washed out or become impassable. It should have happened a while ago and by the government, but this is not it's final form. These boys did good, but it'll need to be an actual road again at some point.
