@MikeBenzCyber suggests that they may refuse to certify Trump as President by using the 14th Amendment and the House of Representatives to give the electors to Kamala claiming Trump is not fit to serve given January 6th after a crisis event occurs. This is a dangerous cornered animal. It's going to be very interesting to see what happens in the next couple of months.

"They "may" make the argument that Donald Trump is disqualified under the 14th amendment because of January 6th... There is too much on the line for them. The fog of war is too thick. I think that this is the most important election in US history... I think if it was a fair fight he would win in a landslide but the fight is not fair but just how unfair it is, is still unclear."

If I were the deep state, I would consider the following:

Delay the results as long as possible.
Stage an "insurrection" (though would be supremely ironic given how the left has cried wolf over J6 for years, which leads me to believe this to be even more plausible given how ridiculous it is.)
Internet shutdown, blame it on the rise of AI.
Creating a national emergency as an excuse to stop the election (real or not). 4a. International emergency as an excuse to go to war, and to stop the election at the same time (nuking Iran, real or not.)
Say fuck it and pop the lid and disqualify Trump as he already served two terms under CoG.
Say fuck it and cheat so hard even if its more brazenly obvious than 2020.
Create a new boogeyman to "unite" left and right parties (new terrorist cell, or project bluebeam "aliens")
Detonate the bomb for the stock market crash timed right as the election results are inevitably announced.
Use any of the above as a distraction to go into hiding, build up wealth and power over generations and try again through my off spring.

Refuse to certify the election results and claim Trump is not eligible because he's a convicted felon and insurrectionist.

I'm guessing it will be this one.

But they don't have the power to do that because they legislated that the VP must certify the election.
