As we come to the final day before the election, I would like for everyone to pray for the safety of the Trump family and all those around him. Pray for God to intervene in this election to expose all the evil corruption and help us get back on track as one nation under God, indivisible, with justice for all!

Good initiative; I'm in.
Thank you for this. The only way I feel I can get through this is prayer. If Trump wins God's path will be clearer. If he doesn't not win God has a much harder path for us. I believe we are at the precipice. The world is praying for the USA. Good wins.. let's Go
We are at the precipice for sure in both cases. If Trump wins, it would mean to me that God has granted repentance to our nation and given us more time to spread the gospel. If Harris wins, it means to me that God is through with America and is about intervene personally for His church. Either way, God is in control and either way, Christians WIN!
Yes. I feel like this decides if we experience deliverance or lamentations.
There is a movement today that all aAmerica should be on their knees at six this evening and pray for our nation.
Today, tomorrow, and everyday.
Amen Brother!
Amen.
Doesn't every day? Sounds like some people only engage intensely at the last moment.
A call to prayer should not be criticized. Of course we pray everyday but today I ask for extra effort. That's all I meant!
so you fast every day?
On it and Amen. I've got Psalms 2, 37, and 91 at the ready.

Thank you friend!
I wish I could find the video but somebody showed that Jesus taught that fasting accentuates prayer but Bibles printed after 1960 removed most references to fasting.
If you are not used to fasting you should know that green tea does not break a fast and not only is black coffee allowed but it's an appetite suppressant. Things get difficult right before lunch time but if you make it through lunch it's pretty much smooth sailing after that.
When you break your fast in the evening eat what you normally would instead of pigging out which is what you would probably want to do. It takes a while for your empty system to register that you have eaten enough and it's real easy to keep eating when you've had enough.
I prefer the liquid fast giving up food and only drinking liquids. The fasts where you do without food or drink are the hardest and can be dangerous if you go too long or break the fast in the wrong way. Before anyone does a full fast they need to read up on how to and how to end it. Thanks for your information.
I have been fasting regularly for a couple years but I have never felt the need for the "dry fast". I can't imagine that there would be any other benefit besides what you would get from a liquid fast.
A liquid fast for self-discipline. A dry fast for self-punishment.
I have done both. Fasting from all food and drink during Atonement. It is not that hard for a day but I do not relish the idea of fasting without water!!!
Although I do not fast as much as I should, fasting is you denying yourself and prayer is seeking God's help. I do remember Jesus telling his followers that the casting out of some demons requires prayer and fasting. PRAYER always come first!
I am hoping not but God did expect the Israelites to fight when they went into the Promised Land, He didn't just give it to them as He could have!
That is a PIG OUT fast! Keke
