Are you talking about the alert screen on the right? You can pick it off the video in your linked post inre Elon Musk at 39 seconds. (Click the title to go direct to the X screen, click the gear/settings icon after clicking somewhere on the screen, choose playback speed and set it to .25 - much easier to try and pick out details). It appears to be a "normal" NWS EAS alert for tornadoes - lists counties (Camden, Clay, Duval, Nassau, St John's) then gives an expiration time of "20:00 LOCAL".
That said, there looks to be a lot more text superimposed that I don't have the tools to pick out. In your middle snapshot, above, this viewed in your linked post video, it looks like Butler just above the black Q block, LHS, so perhaps they've included any police alerts that went out during the July 13th "incident" there.
Definitely not shy anymore about splaying the "Q" in multiple places.
