It might actually make sense. Defrauding an election in a way that isn't too blatantly obvious takes preparation in advance.
I.e. you have actually good and valid internal polling data and you prepare the fake votes necessary in advance to get you over the finish line.
Last minute swings could totally throw you off and then you have to scramble and do obvious bullshit like what happened in 2020

Joe played coy for years because he's part of the team. He used to say shit like I've never even talked to Trump, when you got Trump helping start the UFC and goes to half the Pay Per View events. It's ridiculous to even suspect these two aren't working together. Joe's the largest podcast, Musk is the largest Social site, it's all part of the plan. They appeal to normies who are 'left leaning' to tip over to the other side of the fence.
100%. I've been telling my wife this since 2019. Rogan was always fence-sitting for optics calling himself a lib but constantly exposing their lies for a near decade, probably to appease a chunk of his listeners. I'd always roll my eyes at him "endorsing Bernie" when he knew Bernie had no actual chance vs the DNC.
But for what? Have you ever been to r/JoeRogan? His leftist "fans" just have shit on the guy no matter what he does. Like you said, I think him and Trump have been in contact for awhile now, at the very least the last year. This endorsement a day before election day was in the works for awhile.
