This is the time to engage/ stay engaged in our individual counties. Counties have a lot of power of the voting and there will be court cases to back up cleaning the voter rolls and other safe guards.

States do control their elections, but CONgress can make a law requiring proof of citizenship and requiring picture ID at the polls.
Congress can make any law they want. Will be struck down by the SCOTUS, as the fed can't do that.
