But this is just the first wave, by people capable of independent thought who refused the injections, suing employers for being fired unjustly.
Wait for the lawsuits of the sheeple who did what they were told and were injured in various ways as a result. Those have not even really begun yet, mainly due to the legal immunity of the big pharma companies. However, lawyers are starting to find ways around those restrictions.
There have been several wins on this front. It is most welcomed news. I missed my payday, because I fought corporate over all mandates and the vaxx, and won. Should have let them fire me...
Now what I really want to see is winning suits over vaxx injuries.
I screamed to the top of my lungs for people to make employers fire them. I get it though, we were blindsided and they used fear to push people’s backs to the wall. It’s egregious what they did to us.
I had several friends refusing the vax with me,all but one caved in,from a slight threat of losing their jobs. Money was their key tool to manipulate people and companies.
It’s a pretty weak move. To put your life and health on the line for money. I have trouble feeling pity for people without convictions because they are the type of people that would turn on you. It’s too frightening to think how our society is filled with that type and getting the jab proves it.
I don't know about everyone else, but I just said, "No."
They asked if it was a religious exemption and I said, "Nope. I just don't wanna."
They reminded me I could be fired, and I just said, "Welp, that'd be unfortunate and I'd be sad because I really like it here. But the answer is still no."
I wasn't threatening lawsuits or anything (although I absolutely would have just to set a precedent). Ultimately my manager punted it up to his manager, who punted it up to senior management who did what senior managent always does when firm, clear leadership is needed: nothing. :)
What's funny is this was to go to a company-wide conference, and the week after I was pretty much the only employee at work because everyone else had caught covid and was bedridden.
I used Common Law, starting with a conditional acceptance, and culminating in ex-parte lawsuits with a schedule of fees against individuals (not the corporation) in my management chain from the CEO down through our HR contact.
I documented the whole thing on GAW as it was unfolding. This final post has links to the other seven parts.
Refuse the vaxx, get fired then sue, become wealthy, and still have your health. Sounds like winning to me. Good reward for non- compliance with the Death Cult.
I am glad but sad- I sometimes think this is staged and so the woman- could be someone who is left leaning and in the KNOW..so to speak- I have seen other similar things and it ends up the tax payers are paying a senators cousin, etc.. I hope it is legit
I hope we are all compensated.
We lost everything for holding the line
Currently hoping I get this current job I'm getting referenced checked on.
Still MANY jobs here in Oz expect the jabs
I'm part of a class action lawsuit against a regional hospital system. I was "suspended" for refusing the jab. The judge decided for the plaintiffs (against the hospital) and now the settlement amount is under review. I don't care about the money (I am fortunate to be in a good financial position), I just want the corporation to feel the pain of their tyranny.
The award included $1.7 million in LOST WAGES. Do the math. This woman was making some big bank before the COV-ID. Whatever this is, it's NOT a win for the little people. Unless it's some sorta marker related to the checkmate. Team BLUE CROSS taking a left X to the chin.
How do I start this process? I was fired and even had a exemption letter approved then a few months later was fired because i refused to get a covid test once a week. Only the unvax and emplyees with exemption letters were forced to test once a week. Any help or links to lawyers will be appreciated.
Drip drip will be a flood soon.

"Class action lawsuits are very effective."
Yes it has to build, like a snowball going downhill......

Not everyone can afford that.
Thanks for pointing out the obvious. Exactly the kind of post I might see on facebook.

Yep, making them pull the trigger was the right move. Even if you are only bluffing. But then bluffing takes a lot of nerve.
How did you argue your position to not take the shot?

I'm laughing at your comment.
I think you did the best of all approaches - just saying 'no' I won't do it. Totally honest.
I have been doing that a lot lately when asked to be part of their 'system' that I don't agree with. I just say no. They ALWAYS back down.

Good point. We have been lied to about so many things. We should remain vigilant and circumspect always.

Stay safe fren
Anybody who lost their job due to an employer mandate should sue the shit out of them.
Next up 🙏🙏🙏 malpractice lawsuits for wrongful deaths in hospitals.

Money is all these people care about and you should too! You can always do something positive with the money.
Justice for this issue is beginning to be served...

Does anyone here realize that the end result of turbo cancer is less than 8 wks from diagnosis in some cases?
