Asking for my "horse" as he is very I'll and would rather avoid Dr's. I would assume if he is between a 200-250 lb horse he would simply follow that dosing?
The confusion I'm having is all of info I can find about dosing refers to pills not the paste. Also, from what I've read its a one and done for a while or can you stack on doses? What I read say's toxicity builds up after repeated doses but wondering if propaganda to deter use.
Last point I'll make another fren had pointed out in a different thread both Pancur and Ivermectin are made by Merck...I must admit makes me a bit uneasy knowing this. Any recommendations on dosing would be greatly appreciated; thanks frens!
I do one notch (100kilo) twice per day for two weeks. Then take two weeks off. Then another two weeks as above to get anything that hatched. Been doing it every six months for the last few years. No ill effects as yet and I'm healthy as a horse :)
100 Kilo??!! That's a LOT of IVM, or anything else! Could you have meant to say 100mg?
I use the horse paste. The tubes are marked in 100kilo increments for the weight of a horse. I'm 170lbs so I just use one notch for 100kilo of my body weight.
Ok that sounds about what I did as I'm about 240 so 100kilos seems close. Mine was in pounds and followed the notches like you. Only did 1x as info I found said only do once for a month or so but doesn't sound very reliable if you are ok after doing daily for two weeks. Thanks!
You don't want to take both at the same time...
Pick one. Ivermectin or Fenbendazole
Dose to your weight via the notches. Some do it once a day for 2 weeks, others do more.
Give your body/liver a break for two weeks to center.
Choose the other one and repeat step #2 for 2 weeks, as required.
The very first cycle will most likely be the most effective, since everyone has parasites and rarely treat them. Hot pepper and tobacco nuts are not going to see as much of a change as others because they're already deworming...
Fenbendazole eliminates many more parasite types than ivermectin. I'd start there.
I eat habanero sauce. Is that deworming?

“However, the effects of capsaicin on parasites have not been extensively studied.”
Oh well. I’m eating hot sauce anyways.
Strange i'm a big hot pepper guy so that makes sense. Ok; I got bad info as said only 1 application per month which sounded absurd. Good to know I can go for a about 2 weeks at dosing on notch. Thanks!
Monthly is the frequency for many animals maintenance...Heart worm for K9s is once a month for instance (ivermectin)
Essentially, the capsicum burns the living chit out of parasites and they retreat post haste...
Got it; just to be on the safe side for this it looks like I'm reading daily dose 2 weeks on 1 off etc.
But from what your saying that dose is a much more concentrated dose and thus once a month. Thank you!
Correct... once a month is typically a maintenance dose in animals. Dosage is important or they'll build up a tolerance.
Like in dogs...HeartGard is crap now and ineffective. Frontline works (for now) but is prescription only. Everything has a price as they say...
Makes sense to me...same argument as antibiotic resistance. Yeah Frontline hits heavy but dosage is important. A family member gave it to a ferret when I was a kid and it caused the ferret to lose its hair. Heart guard I agree is garbage. Thanks TaQo!
👍🏻 Glad I could help a little.
Others are much more an authority on the subject as me...
I'm just a dumb dirt farmer 😁
Please explain what a "notch" is, thanks.
NOTCH
Hmmm, ok, I didn't get one of those with my IVM purchase.
If you bought tablets...which aren't any different than the paste...obviously, no...you wouldn't have a plunger with notches on them.
However...ALL anti-parasitics in a tube made for farm animals, use the notched/plunger arrangement.
In case it's not clear....Tablets are no better than the paste available for cheap at your local farm store. Some feel better with tablets...and have the money to spend 10x for the same stuff.
I have both capsules for me and my wife, based on our body weights, from a local apothecary... ivermectin can be bought OTC here in Tennessee.
But I also have two tubes of horse-strength paste, but they did not come with an injection device. I'm not certain how to measure out a human dose from the tubes.
Seems odd you'd be able to acquire it without a means to dose...
It's not something you want to get wrong because if the dose isn't high enough, the parasites build up a tolerance to it and it's ineffective...
Too much and you run the risk of irritating your liver...
The horse paste tubes are marked at 100kilo increments for weight of horse. I use one each notch represents 100kilo of weight. One tube is good for a 600kilo horse. I get 6 doses per tube. It looks like a big syringe. Does that help?
As I stated elsewhere, my tubes of IVM did not come with a syringe. I may have to resort to a different method to measure out smaller increments of paste. I don't have one of those small electronic scales, but I may buy one just for that purpose.
UNLESS, of course, I can find a properly calibrated syringe somewhere.
Does it indicate the dosage by weight for the full tube?
Only for horses.
My full tube is a single dose for a 1200lb horse so I just divide it into 6 doses of 200lb each. Of you empty your tube into a small measuring cup then divide it appropriately for your weight.
Human dosage is the equivalent to horse dosage, it’s by weight.
Exactly...that's how mine is except mine is in pounds not kilos
Depending how ill and with what you may want to refer to FloridaSharkman’s protocols. ContrabandCures.com has a dosage calculator, too.

Off topic, but did you find any information about FEMA in Michigan that I posted about yesterday?
No word on the potential emergency, but from some comments either here or YT it was suggested possibly remediation b/c the airport is a superfund site needing cleaned up.
HOWEVER, I just searched and found this brand-spanking new article with FEMA itself denying the airport having been chosen as a staging area:

Thank you. Seems like I need to dig for their next site.
Awesome info thanks Docket; I'll read up on all this
I am dispensing a pea sized amount of fendbenzadol onto a plastic spoon daily. Was doing slightly more, like enough to cover a toothbrush, but I think that was too much. My medical scientist friend says to do the cycles around the full moon to catch the parasite cycles. I'm also trying pyrantel, and moxidectin/pranquatel (very bitter) a few times a week. Will be trying vitamin C i.v. soon.
Didn't realize their was a correlation with the moon that's interesting will look into this.
See that magnifying glass in the upper right hand corner? Hit it then type in ivermectin and you will get lots of info.
You may want to read this article it has some good info. https://isom.ca/article/targeting-the-mitochondrial-stem-cell-connection-in-cancer-treatment-a-hybrid-orthomolecular-protocol/
