I was recommended to take the D3, for my central/ peripheral nervous system and as you mentioned, they recommend both together. I heard ancillary comments about the teeth, but I personally have felt a difference. I would also recommend a nightly swish with hydrogen peroxide, spit out the excess and let the remaining sit in your mouth, before bed. It takes away my teeth / gum issues 9/10 times. (tastes horrible though ;) )
Get flouride-free toothpaste with nanohydroxyaparatite, that will slowly re-mineralize your teeth (aparatite is what your teeth and bones are made from.) You'll need to go online (even Amazon has it, also look up The Van Man who sponsors Badlands Media) as it is not sold in American stores but has been commonly used over in Japan for many years already. The sensitivity in my teeth went away quickly after switching to that type of toothpaste.
As for vitamin K2 it is needed by the body so that excess calcium is properly stored in your bones and put into your teeth instead of calcifying your arteries and other soft tissues.
I have purchased some of this previously, off amazon, maybe a year to 18 months ago. I used it but it did not seem to make things better. Maybe I need to look at a better brand.
I have some "SeekingHealth" Vitamin D3 + K2 supplements I take occasionally. I will continue to take one a day.

That has been suggested and I'm going to start, thank you for the recommendation.
Now I need a dentist that can propose an alternative solution. The cavities are not severe but they will be if something is not done.
