Went to the dentist today and got some bad news. Even though I don't drink smoke or do drugs I have three fucking cavities. I've already got a mouthful of metal and I want to have them removed because I swear they are causing me headaches and other problems. Anyone have suggestions on finding alternative solutions to dental work instead of just drilling holes and filling them with stop-leak / bondo?
I was recommended to take the D3, for my central/ peripheral nervous system and as you mentioned, they recommend both together. I heard ancillary comments about the teeth, but I personally have felt a difference. I would also recommend a nightly swish with hydrogen peroxide, spit out the excess and let the remaining sit in your mouth, before bed. It takes away my teeth / gum issues 9/10 times. (tastes horrible though ;) )
Speaking of calcification...

You really need to be taking Vitamin K. I take it with my vitamin D, it helps with teeth.
I have some "SeekingHealth" Vitamin D3 + K2 supplements I take occasionally. I will continue to take one a day.

That has been suggested and I'm going to start, thank you for the recommendation.
Now I need a dentist that can propose an alternative solution. The cavities are not severe but they will be if something is not done.
