I need to do more research on Dewitt this piece seems to be in defense of him. On the audio it sounds really damning like an attempt to buy her off to get her not to run and didn’t seem connected to the Trump campaign but the article suggests it was her editing that caused that. I don’t like the suggestion that the Trump campaign would withhold someone from fighting an uphill battle with bait. If it were hey we can’t indorse you but here is an offer waiting no matter what I would respect that but it absolutely sounded like a buy off from the Rhinos. Hmmmm either way this piece and this author is causing coalition cracks. Maybe once my boy is better I will dig on him.
And why would Trump place someone like this in the middle of the campaign and as press sec? Maybe there's truth in this but that particular item doesn't fit. At all.
This whole article hits me wrong in subtle ways. When I get time I REALLY want to look at the author harder.
Agreed. I doubt it was really made. And if it was made, it was probably done knowing that she couldn't accept due to something we don't know. (Background checks?)
I've always been suspicious of Lake; somethings off. But the truth will out in time.
It was an attempt to buy her off. This crap is just an attempt by the DS to make DeWitt look like the victim.
