Agreed, though he was FBI, not CIA. FBI needs gutted and the few good assets split between the Marshal Service and the USSS.

Ever since 9-11 and the passage of the "Patriot" Act, which brought forth the DNI and so many other changes to the IC, it is almost impossible to differentiate between the 17 "Intelligence Community" departments.
