By The Constitution, The Federal government has no Law enforcement, this is reserved to the States.

As I've posted many times in the past,...show me in the Constitution where it provides for a centralized national police force with absolute power—unchecked by and unaccountable to Congress—over all the states and over all the law enforcement agencies and citizens thereof.

Ok, but why is there a “federal police”. I’ve never questioned, but have seen them. And isn’t the US Marshals a Law enforcement?

You could use the financial penalties as a bounty. Let the states take half and the Fed gets dollars for zero overhead.

The FBI was established by EO, I believe. That one would be really easy to shut down.
