Your questioning ones choice. Jesus didn’t fail anyone. The one criminal chose to mock Christ. He didn’t believe him. Like many today, don’t believe God’s word. It’s their choice. Free will as they say. And they will go to Hell for that choice. It won’t matter if they kill one person or millions or none at all. Sin is sin before the Father. Romans 3:23. For all have sinned, all have fallen short of the glory of God. And fighting. Well for sure one didn’t have to fight for God. I’ve learned this personally over a few years. God doesn’t need defending. That was tough for me to learn to be honest. But fighting for what’s good and decent. I believe that’s what you talking about. I think that is a good thing personally. So I agree with you. So as long as one thing is remembered. As long as you aren’t go against the teachings of God in your battles, it should be righteous act. If that makes sense? There’s nothing wrong with “the fight”, as long as you are not going against God in the process. Voting is a form of fighting. Standing up saying “that’s wrong” is fighting. And then of course war. War is wrong, I think everyone agrees with that. But, war is always gonna be a thing on this side of eternity. Sadly. I used to be more of a warmonger. As Christ has come into my life, I’ve lost that urge to “go to war”. Scripture says make Christ sit on the throne of your heart. I try. But for those who actually go to war, and are Christian’s. It’s a terrible thing. They are still saved. As scripture says “once your in the hand of the Father, you cannot be removed”. I do feel it’s wrong. But, God forgives. Just as we also forgive. You question about Trump or anyone killing a monster. The forgiveness of that should be asked from God. Some people will never understand peace. And they will have to be taken out. Sadly. And obviously if a person who has done a terrible thing seeks forgiveness, we absolutely should forgive them. But it doesn’t mean they won’t be dealt with. A person about to be hanged can ask for forgiveness, and we should forgive them. But they will most likely be hanged regardless. It’s not always the case tho.
i never said Jesus failed anyone. i know better. and i'm not questioning anyone's choices.
i was asking why you thought Jesus saved the one but not the other.
IMO, it's because the one Jesus did not save was not repentant of his sins and didn't believe Jesus was the Savior.
back to the reason of all of this is that you say i don't believe in forgiveness and apparently lack spiritual guidance because i won't forgive these leftards for wanting us dead. if they wake up, sure, i'll forgive but i'm not going to allow them to continue with their wicked ways without a fight. and if they still continue to want us dead, then i will continue to say they deserve everything they get.
i appreciate you giving me a very good conversation without either of us going off the rails. toche' and God bless.
