Those who live some distance away just need to know how to do without a lot of the take-for-granted daily services (heat; light; refrigeration; etc.) that they won't be able to take for granted any more.
They'll also need to learn how to defend their property from the inevitable roving bands of illegals, migrants and dependents who were only alive because of gibs
If you need a pamphlet to help prepare you for WWIII... then good luck to you.
At that point, you may be better off taping the pamphlet to your head and sheltering under it.
