No. Lawfare is over. It failed. They are learning the truth but it's too late for them. The Trump curse will hit this judge very hard. It should be interesting to see what form it takes.

That is the problem with this, so it's not a total win - he didn't dismiss the verdicts outright.

They will try to hold this over Trump's head like the Sword of Damocles. Once he's out of office (at the end of term or otherwise), they can still send him to Rikers.

However, I do believe that particular judge is in an "Acting" capacity. If they can replace him with someone smarter, they might dismiss it.
