So Biden is hiding in Brazil and Harris is vacationing in Hawaii. Who is in charge if communications are cut/shut down? I realize that both AF planes are hardened against that type of situation but would they be able to get airborne in the event of an emergency and would they be able to contact DC? Do the congress critters still have their SAT phones?

COG has been in place since Trump signed EO 13961. They're not in control, they never were. It's all for show.
Military is in control and serve at the Pleasure of the CIC. We frogs are in control and serve at the pleasure of the 45-47 President of the United States. I am not in control of my bladder- excuse me I’ll be right back
Or at very least "the house has been baby-proofed" so that they can't simply just do things like launch the nukes.
God is in charge, patriots are in control and the Speaker of the House takes the reigns if both the "president" and "vice president" are incapacitated.

At what point would they be declared incapacitated if the incapacitation isn’t due to death or mental issue, say they aren’t able to be reached through communications in order to give instructions on what to do next?
Trump is in charge.
The whole world sees Trump as the president. Nobody sees Joe or Kamala as being in charge of anything.
Brazil? Isn't that where a lot of Nazis went to avoid prosecution? Perhaps he's not planning on coming back...
Argentina
Interesting that both leave CONUS at the same time. When are they due back? After the 22nd I wonder? (previously datefagged)
I thought the same thing. Is there a link to the date fagging you mentioned?
The 22nd is 17 days after election day the 5th.
Ah, thanks.
Yeah but what worries me is if the Speaker is incapacitated it falls to Senate Pro Temp then Secretary of State.
Oh, come on...The deep state is currently running the show, Biden and Harris are just placeholders who sign the documents that are put in front of them like good little minions do. Here is a neat question...If Speaker Johnson somehow became the President, could he appoint his own VP or is that spelled out in the Constitution? Wouldn't it be neat if he appointed Trump? hehe
Any VP in that scenario would have to be approved by the Senate I believe.
I realize that Biden/Harris are puppets but the normies don’t think that.
Hm, rather interesting...
