Pretty much yeah. I used to pay hundreds of dollars for individual cards in my deck to be competitive. I had decks that were at one point worth over or nearly a thousand dollars.
I still sucked. Burn it all. What would a man give for his soul? All gonna burn someday anyway.
If it is to you, let you be convinced in your own mind. I do agree that erring on caution with regards to all that is holy is generally for the best.
