So Gateway pundit is repeating a story from Raw Story and the person giving the info is anonymous. Not saying it isn’t true, but this is rumor at this point.
Could be an attempt to demonstrate exactly who in the House is deep state, just like the Matt Gaetz fiasco identified the Senate traitors.
In any case, I would have no problem with the not just the current House, but also the incoming House failing to elect a speaker for the entire 2 years. They are completely corrupt and inept anyway, and the lack of any ability to pass a budget could only help DOGE determine the bare minimum of services that are truly necessary for the operation of our country.
POTUS said he likes Johnson and has endorsed him for SOTH. Until I find out otherwise, I'm good with him as Speaker. Not crazy about everything he's done but the plan...
I'd be good if he were replaced by a MAGA Republican. I don't trust Mike Johnson at all.
I've never been sure what to make of Johnson. I want to back him, but agree with you there's something untrustworthy about him. Also concerning that since his victory, Trump seems to have Johnson in his inner circle along w/ Kennedy, Elon, etc (like the pic they took on the plane over McDonalds food that Johnson was in)
I hope he's replaced by a more staunch Rino. Rino-lite ain't cutting it any more.
