Everything in our world nowadays is on-demand and centered around short attention spans. As I type this, my web browser has multiple tabs opened at once, so I can jump from GAW, to work, to email, to a show I'm streaming, and to eTrade. Our phones beep and we're instantly distracted. I think we're all falling prey to these lifestyles/technologies that are kind of forcing us all to be a little ADD. I'm in my late 40s and noticing exactly what you are.
Came to say the same. Life has become a short-form video. The only thing people can consistently pay attention to for hours is their cell phone. I believe this is by design.
I was/am in about the same situation although a decade older. I was having trouble with focusing on tasks to completion and found myself struggling to find words or losing the thread of thought more and more often. I added a new vitamin to my daily supplements and have noticed a difference for the better.
I started taking B Activ, which is a B Complex with Benfotiamine and Quatrefolic from Xymogen, contains the entire spectrum of B vitamins to support adrenal, neurological and stress-related function. 1 capsule a day, per my pharmacist (holistic compound pharmacy) this does not contain cyannide! Which most B vitamin supplements do, she said
Check your home for high emf. And when you say improved diet, are you certain that diet is rich enough in fat soluble vitamins and omega 3? Look into adaptogenic herbs, and research how gut microbes affect brain function
Yes, I'm having this issue, and lots of other people I know are also. Have been trying to figure out why, but so far not sure. I'm hoping MAHA will help the environmental causes.

Excellent points. I didn't think of all that.

I have alot of 'senior moments' at 70+.
🤣🤣😂 thanks, fren. Hope they're not as bad as Mitch McConnell's.
Have you killed your parasites?....that good ole apple flavored paste is a must.
Good thinking. I have some for emergencies but maybe this is becoming one.
Any vaxines?
Oh hell no. Good question. Childhood series from Uncle Sam, but I'm 58 now.
Sounds like you need a lot more physical activity.
I'm actually really good on that front. I work outside in construction, walk my dog's miles every day, hit the gym six days a week.
Being in shape, makes it harder to work out,you can do a lot at 25% capacity.....
