Feels like a catch 22. If zelinsky doesn't start peace negotiations then military aid stops. If he does begin negotiations, then there is no reason to send military aid.

Military aid is only part of what should be stopped. A few days ago a list of equipment that we sent to Ukraine was filled with electrical and power infrastructure equipment that North Carolina desperately needs to rebuild the hurricane damage. Stop all aid to foreign countries until our own country is fixed.
