To answer your question, I personally don't care because I don't and have never used any SM, including Truth. I simply don't like seeing a person, in this case Elon, attacked outside the correct venue. As much as you complain on this platform about X it tends to make you look like the one with the problem. We all have problems but we all don't constantly share our problems on a public forum. Trump has chosen Elon to help with cleaning up the filth in DC. And by the way, what makes you the judge what is an is not a "correct venue" to share these legitimate concerns? From what it sounds to me is you're just looking for an excuse to defend anyone who happens to be close to Trump without an ounce of critical thought. No appeal process that went anywhere etc. I think it’s because he’s trying to show hate speech hasn’t risen since he took it over. But that was the actual law I cited. It said after a thorough review so it seems like this was looked into already and what ever they found it was in violation of Deceptive and Illegal Activity.
Yes, sometimes people do get banned for seemingly wtf reasons on any platform including X. If it was an OOPS, and no foul play was intended they usually can get back just fine after a review. Calling for the death of someone is by law, illegal so, a person has to be careful about that. There are other things that are by law, illegal for a person to be spewing as well so there is that. What this company may have been doing that was Deceptive or Illegal, IDK.. I dont have access or info to what ever that company has been doing.

If it’s deceptive or illegal then they need to immediately register the complaint with the appropriate agency to enforce whatever law was broken. But then it should be the other way, a court telling them to take it down.
