As well as the British accent conveying authority.

Personal favorite is when they have some geezah from Souf a da Rivvah or Mile End (Cockney) talk to us like he's supposed to be Posh (because most Americans can't tell the difference between the accents).

Hilarious.

Damn near every infomercial has one of these Chavvy Fast Boys from Clapham Junction in the USA. It's amazing. And not in a good way.
