It goes over the concept of technological restraint that is so often lacking in the technology industry and our government and culture.
Just because you have the technological impetus to do something does not grant you the moral right to do so. Just because it can be easily done by reprobates doesn't mean you say 'OK it's fine', because you can't easily regulate it.
