Change the leadership of any organization, and it is taken over and sent into a new direction.
Same thing happens to big foundations all the time. Some wealthy entrepreneur creates a charity to spend some of his money on good causes, and after he dies, it is taken over by dimwits who use that money for horrible things.
I read a full issue during GHWB’s term. I thought they gave some compelling arguments then, even though I would debate the other position. The lib/commies have ruined many things.
The concept of the pardon needs to be challenged, and we need a SCOTUS decision.
The founders could not have intended for the pardon to be a "get out of jail free" card for any and all crimes that some asshole with political connections might have committed.
It must be for the specific purpose of pardoning the punishment imposed on someone who has already been found guilty in a trial or pled guilty to a crime.

Anything else is just corruption.
How ‘bout NO!
Does he have the authority to pardon non-citizens?
They are not US citizens so Biden has no authority to offer pardons to them IMHO.
