Hopefully RFK Jr will give him a swift kick in the balls in the way out.
It is not only hate but also complicity of corruption and illegality. HHS had no right to impose mandates in the first place, along with the CDC and NIH. The legislature makes the laws. Just like Biden promising aid to all the countries. Congress has the power of the purse.
