If they are soo concerned it is simple, stop allowing your Cartel in Canada to be sending illegal drugs into our Country. Thing is, Canada has a powerful Cartel up there that has taken over areas of Canada, the locals know it. I have had a nice couple sit and tell me all about "keeping their heads down and try to stay invisible in some areas as not to catch the eye of the Cartel." I would not be surprised to find out that many in Canada's law and Gov dont have ties to that same Cartel and or being bribed by them. Canadian military don't seem too strong, maybe they can't remove the Cartel? If not do it for the price of goods, do it for your freaking Citizens.
