NATO has taken over the coordination of military aid delivery to Ukraine instead of the United States, Reuters reports, citing sources.
This move, by all accounts, is intended to protect the aid mechanism from Donald Trump, who is skeptical of NATO, the agency notes.
@worldpravda
OK, so we have un-elected bureaucrats from Europe now telling USA what to do? Or are they just 'co-ordinating delivery' (which sounds like logistics) of what USA sends? What does that even mean, in terms of a power-grab?
It sounds like NATO wants to be independent of the US, and by all means, we should accommodate them. Withdraw from NATO cease all funding,, and let them defend themselves.
The US has always been the big guy in the NATO alliance. Attack on one, attack on all, bringing US into the war. With the big guns, the big Army, the big money.
NO MORE! NATO has adopted orphan nations that WE have no need to defend!
It is not in our strategic interest to protect all these eastern European countries with no stable borders or national identities worthy of our blood and treasure.
70% of NATO is still funded by the USA...it would be a shame if the checks stop arriving, the Suit's and General's could wring their hands while their collective fate unfolds outside of their realm of influence.
Their party ends in about a month.
Sounds like a [DS] move... Operation Gladio
