Why not take the next logical step and quit the UN entirely?
All of them, specially the three letters agencies.

The 'permanent veto' is, currently anyway, still too useful to abandon.
Having said that, funding the UN is asinine. The US should reduce its 'contribution' to that of the lowest paid nation, that actually paid up in the prior year.
