I think Texas is taking the lead on this. If so, this is good because that should mean it will be filed in the 5th Circuit, which is one of the best circuits for this type of case, and the Texas AG has a score to settle and future political ambition in mind.
MS and LA are also 5th Circuit. UT and KS are not, but they would just be add-ons.
Other states should jump on, too, though the Blue ones will wimp out, no doubt.
Getting this front and center, with evidence from state AG's is a REALLY BIG DEAL.
I think Kansas filed suit earlier but Texas has significantly more sociocultural clout. Kansas mostly makes people think of The Wizard of Oz, but there's that whole Texas vibe that commands attention.
that is so encouraging, and people will start talking once they know people are 'suing'
My wife is super sensitive to people shedding the spike!

WTF Oklahoma?
WTF every single one of the other states, actually. Only FIVE out of FIFTY so far?
We need to start sending e- mails asking why These states are doing it and not our states.
Oh how the tables have turned...
How do I encourage the health officials in my state to jump on this bandwagon? I mean, who tf would I even contact?
I am waiting for my state Florida too.
