I am not giving medical advice-turmeric has blood thinning properties so if your in blood thinners be cautious and observant of that we use it because it is a fabulous anti inflammatory but we are very careful about that
I take blood thinners and several "natural" capsules including turmeric with black pepper - all of which have alleged decoagulant propertise. Been taking these for months. What's supposed to happen?
i use a teaspoon of raw/unfiltered honey every nite at bedtime...anti-biotic, anti-fungal, anti-viral, anti-inflamatory...after much internet research, found out all about this "miracle"treatment...even used it on my very old bull mastiff when he seemed to be having urinary issues, cleared it right up, and he lived another good year of life...need to use a non-metal utensil if you use spoon or whatever...i just use a plastic spoon for myself and my dog (diff spoons, lol)...i encourage anyone interested, to research the natural benefits of this wonderful gift that God gave us! taking at bedtime gives your organs some much-needed fuel to repair liver, gut, kidneys, etc, while you are sleeping (aka, fasting at night)
NOT giving medical advice, and diabetics may need to use caution, but plenty of researach info on the internet...
No beekeeper is decapping honeycomb for extraction using wood. That's done with a metal hot knife. Even your raw/unfiltered honey is extracted using plenty of metal equipment and initially contained in stainless steel vessels. If your spoon was going to do anything to the contents of the honey, it has long since already happened at the apiary.
Yep. It takes a long time of exposure for metal to have an effect on the acids in honey. A brief dip for consumption has zero effect. Wish more people understood you can’t believe everything you read without doing research first.
I am not too sure about wildflower honey, that means any old flowers, as does polyfloral honey. Linden, Buckwheat, Clover and Manuka honey for me, but Manuka is expensive.
Thank you for the info . I always wondered about “ wildflower “ but never researched . I will not use wildflower any longer . I do believe honey is incredible God given medicine ,, need to learn more !

It’s also a detox. I only take turmeric if I’m sick. It always keeps me in the bathroom.

BTW the fructose in honey is really bad for you.
Thank you about the heads up on honey

Thanks for the added detail. The X video shows them using a metal spoon.
