Biden did this to either 1) make it take longer for Trump to implement his agenda (Think law suits by environmental groups); 2) Biden getting kick-backs from an industry set to make a windfall off of the new regulations; or 3) Both 1 and 2 (most likely)
Expanding insidious government infiltration into every aspect of our daily lives-first gas stoves now gas water heaters what’s next backyard gas grills?
On the flip side, if it turns out that zero-point energy is really a thing, then we can heat our water for free via electricity from a source that's the size of a shoebox and can power the entire house.
Eh, you'd need a pretty large turbine and large water flow to get decent power. I've seen tons of "off grid" water wheel / dams / turbines / river inventions to make power, and none of them can do much more than power one fridge.
Id need a shitload more than a few watts of energy produced by a creek
Answer: It's not.

More electricity = Roth $
Don't give them any ideas on their way out the door.

Let me know when that happens, please.
The globohomo does NOT want us to have cheap, or especially FREE energy.
They want us in constant fear of not being able to heat out homes, cool out homes, or even have stable electricity.
They want us to have 3rd world rolling blackouts, and to pay them exorbitant amounts of money for power.
It's why they are cutting us off from nuclear, and not allowing fusion reactors to become a viable power source.
You can thank "God's chosen people" for this all
Mini hydro seems like a good source of steady power. It should take you off the grid permanently.
